Safety

We carry out over 1000 CONTROLS on our products. Product safety is our primary concern. A team of expert technicians deals exclusively with the traceability of the products and their compliance with the regulations in force and the customers’ specific requirements. The production is certified in line with the most demanding procedures (e.g. Global Gap) and the production batches are traced using advanced IT systems. We carry out over 1,000 laboratory analyses every year, monitoring the process water, assessing the presence of residual pesticides and herbicides and monitoring hygiene in the processing structures with a view to validating our quality system in an objective and incontrovertible manner.
